Anuja Kochhar is a qualified MBA specialized in Human Resource Management from Gujarat University and brings 12 years of strong experience into the area of human resources and research. She has worked in the entire gamut of HR from manpower planning to exit and involved as HR business partner to efficiently manage employee life cycle. Prior to Light Microfinance, she worked in the outsourcing and construction industry and took up various challenges to act as change agent which required her to get involved into strategic decisions, policy development, and project profit maximization with limited resources. She also has worked with Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in the area of Organizational Behavior. She has co-authored a book, “New Dimensions in Human Resource Development” with Wisdom Publication along with few other published research papers at international and national conferences. She also has worked for Higher Education Department, Government of Gujarat to conceptualize practical implementation of Active Learning Methodology. She was awarded the HR Professional of the Year, 2018 at the Asia Pacific HRM Congress presented by Times Ascent.
