Job Summary
The Branch Manager will oversee branch profitability, target achievement, portfolio quality, cost management, and customer experience. This role involves regular employee performance reviews, coordinating disbursements, and managing recoveries.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize branch profitability.
- Monitor branch targets in numbers and volumes.
- Ensure superior underwriting and work closely with collections.
- Manage branch operating costs, including acquisition and operations.
- Ensure superior customer experience and handle service issues, including collections and pre-closures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of employees.
- Coordinate with the operations team for disbursements after credit approval.
- Work with the recovery team to manage interest recovery from defaulters.

Desired Profile
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
- Minimum 5-8 years in the financial sector, preferably in NBFC.
- Ability to handle branch operations and motivate the team to achieve targets.
