    Light Finance is hiring a Circle Head – Credit to lead credit operations across multiple states. The role involves driving credit strategy, ensuring portfolio quality, managing large teams and collaborating with cross- functional teams for business growth and risk control.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Shape credit strategy by designing and implementing policies, control points and efficiency improvements.
    • Lead, mentor and manage large credit teams across multiple branches with a focus on performance and accountability.
    • Mitigate risk and maintain a strong, healthy portfolio by conducting credit assessments and implementing early warning systems.
    • Collaborate with Sales and other Credit teams to align credit processes with business goals.

  • Desired Profile

    • Bachelor’s in finance or related field
    • 9–12 years’ experience in Credit/Risk, with 3+ years in leadership
    • Strong credit assessment and risk management skills
    • Experience in handling large teams and multi-location operations
