Aviral Saini is one of the founding members and has played key role in shaping the culture of the company apart from his contribution in functional areas. He brings strong experience of developing strategic and financial roadmaps for businesses, having successfully done it for an industrial goods manufacturer in Canada and an early state education company in India. Before joining Light Microfinance, he was a strategy consultant at IBM and was instrumental in developing market insights and financial models for new business opportunities with various multinational corporations. Prior to that, he worked with leading financial services firms, including the Citadel Investment Group, advising them on solutions to efficiently scale up operations by leveraging technology. He also brings experience in key areas such as knowledge management, risk management, reporting and data integrity. Aviral has an MBA from Schulich School of Business, Canada and has a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
