Sanjay, holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a B.Com from Sardar Patel University, blending technical and financial acumen. With 13 years of experience—11+ in credit—he has built a strong career in retail lending across products like Group, Individual, Cattle, Two-Wheeler, and Personal Loans.

Joining Light in August 2017 as Area Credit Manager, he has been pivotal in building and leading a high-performing credit team, driving growth across segments.

Previously, he served as Designated Credit Officer at Pahal Finance and Credit Manager at MAS Financial Services, gaining expertise in vehicle, business, personal, and cattle loans.

Sanjay’s industry insight, field experience, and leadership make him a key force behind Light’s credit success and innovation.
