Sanjay brings a total of 13 years of professional experience, including 11 years of deep expertise in the credit domain, spanning a wide range of financial products such as Group Loans, Individual Loans, Cattle Loans, Two-Wheeler Loans and Personal Loans. He joined Light in August 2017 as an Area Credit Manager and has since played a pivotal role in building and leading a high-performing credit team, contributing significantly to the company’s growth in this vertical.
Before joining Light, he worked with Pahal Finance as a Designated Credit Officer, specializing in Personal and Cattle Loans. Prior to that, he served as a Credit Manager at MAS Financial Services, managing Vehicle Loans, Personal Loans and Business Loans.
Sanjay’s strong industry knowledge, versatile experience and leadership capabilities make him a key pillar of Light’s credit function.
