Nisarg, is an MBA in Finance and a DISA-certified professional with over 16 years of experience in the financial sector. He has led Finance and Accounts across domains like commodity exchanges, stock broking, and insurance. Prior to joining Light, he was Vice President – Finance & Accounts at Equirus Group, overseeing finance functions across investment banking, equities, research, and wealth management.
He played a key role in the merger of the National Multi Commodity Exchange with ICEX and has deep expertise in navigating SEBI, FMC, IRDAI, and exchange regulations. A thought leader as well, Nisarg has published articles on trading-related accounting in ICAI journals.
