Having spent over eight years at Light, currently as Assistant Vice President – Strategy, she has been pivotal in shaping enterprise strategy. She has built execution dashboards and portfolio monitoring frameworks that strengthen performance discipline across business and credit.

Previously, she worked with Nova Wings IVF for two years, where she gained expertise in supporting strategic reviews and management planning.

Monika’s strategic clarity, operational rigour, and on-ground understanding make her a key force behind Light’s organisational maturity and performance agility.
