With a background in Company Law, Madhavi Gajjar is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and brings over 9 years of experience in corporate secretarial functions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Her professional journey began with Four Seasons Residency Limited, where she built a strong foundation in corporate law and compliance.

Since joining Light, nearly 6 years ago, Madhavi has been instrumental in leading the Compliance and Governance functions. She currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer & Company Secretary, where she oversees all statutory compliance, supports the Board of Directors and ensures adherence to best practices in corporate governance—aligning her work with the company’s mission of financial inclusion and sustainable growth.
