Mr. Hiten Parikh is a distinguished finance professional with over 39 years of experience in accounting, taxation, corporate law, financial restructuring, and insolvency. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Ph.D. in Financial Restructuring, and a qualified Insolvency Professional, currently serving as Independent Director on the Boards of Areion Finserve Pvt. Ltd. (NBFC) and Italia Ceramics Ltd.

He is the Founder Partner of M/s Parikh & Majmudar, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad, established in 1988, where he has led numerous statutory audits, financial advisory engagements, corporate restructurings, and insolvency assignments. His doctoral research on “Financial Restructuring and its Impact on Corporate Performance in India” reflects his deep academic and practical understanding of corporate finance and restructuring.
