Himanshu, holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from MPKV, Rahuri, and a PGDBM from VAMNICOM, Pune. With 17 years of experience in the BFSI sector, including senior roles at Yes Bank, Axis Bank, and IDFC First Bank, he brings deep expertise in financial services and strategic leadership.

At Yes Bank, he served as EVP – Digital Partnerships & Inorganic Channels, driving digital growth and strategic alliances. His work across institutions reflects a strong focus on financial inclusion, MSME lending, process optimization, and enhancing customer experience.

Currently EVP – Business Strategy & Initiatives at Light, Himanshu plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision through innovation and a forward-thinking approach.
