Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and building the team strength to drive market presence.
- Set Targets and work on target achievement goals both on a personal level and for the Team.
- Drive Business through lead generation from Open Market.
- Set-up and monitor Branch and set targets for them.
- Develop and Manage Branch Network.
- Analyse & Formulate sales plans & strategies and achieve them with a well-developed team of SRMs, RMs, SBMs and BMs. Coordinate with the team to improve PAR (Portfolio at Risk) efficiency.
- Oversee Operations, Compliance and Implement procedures & impart training to prevent fraud.
- Coordinate with Credit / Operation / Collection team for loan sectioned the disbursal and receivable management.
- Deep understanding of the competitor MFI Products, Services property, loans, business plans & channel partners. Thorough knowledge of relevant markets with the objective to grasp changing trends with suitable solutions that can be presented to the end customer.

- 8 + yrs of experience of sales management.
- Exceptional communication, presentation skills and relationship building skills.
- Ability to aggressively manage the successful execution of a sales strategy.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboratively in a team environment.
