  • Job Summary

    Light Finance is hiring a Sr. Analyst – Delivery Excellence to connect field operations with strategic planning. The role involves analysing business performance, supporting project execution and conducting regular field visits in the microfinance domain.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Analyse Business trends across Disbursement, PAR, collection on day-to-day basis.
    • Highlight performance gaps and suggest interventions required in allocated regions.
    • Conduct field and branch visits to validate proper execution of projects and share actionable feedback from field to HO.
    • Coordinate with various team across organization.
    • Assist in tracking projects and maintain documented process, follow-up.

  • Desired Profile

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • MBA/Postgrad in Business, Finance or Analytics
    • Strong analytical thinking and detail-oriented and a good communicator.
    • Microfinance experience preferred
    • Excel & PowerPoint proficiency (Power BI is a plus)
    • Willingness to travel (10–12 days/month)
