With a background in MBA specialized in HR and Marketing from Manipal University, Pratik brings over 19 years of experience across the banking, fintech, and consumer durables sectors. His professional journey includes valuable tenures at HDFC Bank, YES Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and SMEcorner, where he held various leadership roles in human resources.

Since joining Light nearly two years ago, Pratik has played a pivotal role in leading the Human Resources function. He has driven strategic transformation initiatives while fostering an inclusive, performance-oriented culture across the organization. In addition to HR, he also oversees Administration and Corporate Communication, ensuring cohesive and effective internal operations and messaging. His responsibilities span HR business partnering, talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, organizational development, and administrative management. Through his multifaceted role, he ensures that people, processes, and communication are closely aligned with the company’s mission of financial inclusion and sustainable growth.
