With a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (B.Tech. from IIT Bombay), an M.S. in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University, and a certification in Machine Learning from Stanford University, Satish Dhupdale brings over 35 years of experience in technology and product development. His professional journey includes leadership roles at Microsoft, Covelix Inc (acquired by Emtec), Tremido, AlgoAnalytics, Infinite Uptime and other ventures, where he drove innovation across AI, data analytics, SaaS and enterprise tech platforms.
Since joining Light, Satish has been instrumental in leading the Technology function,spearheading digital transformation, and developing scalable consumer-facing platforms across web and mobile. He currently manages end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, product development and innovation—aligning his work with the company’s mission of financial inclusion and sustainable growth.
