    Light Finance is hiring a Relationship Officer – Business Laon (Unsecured & Micro LAP) to drive field-level loan acquisition and customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Source new customers for Business Loans (Unsecured and Micro LAP) through direct outreach and local networks.
    • Conduct customer profiling, verify KYC/income documents and assess creditworthiness.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for timely disbursement and ensure compliance with policies.

  • Desired Profile

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Graduate (any stream), with 0.6 to1.5 years’ experience in Business Laon (Unsecured & Micro LAP), documentation & credit checks
    • Preference for candidates from NBFCs/SFBs/Banks
    • Good communication, customer service and local area knowledge
    • Must be open to extensive field travel
